We want you to be fully satisfied with Shiplog. Because billing and tax compliance are managed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, all applicable refunds are processed directly through their gateway in accordance with the following terms:
1. Lifetime Purchases
We offer a strict 7-day money-back guarantee for our Lifetime Access deals. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. After 7 days, all Lifetime Access purchases are considered final and are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Plans (Monthly/Yearly)
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active, and you will retain access to your paid features until the exact end date of your current billing cycle.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods or unused time within an active subscription cycle once it has been billed.
